Maria Camila Pulido is the founder of Target Translations & Interpretations, a federally certified Women-owned Small Business, and a Florida Minority Business Enterprise. Ms. Pulido is a passionate advocate for language access in the healthcare and legal systems in the United States of America.
Ms. Pulido was born in Bogotá, Colombia has she attended the Universidad Nacional de Colombia where she studied Physical Therapy. She also holds a Biology degree from UCF. Ms. Pulido is certified by the National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters as well as the Board of Court Interpreter Certification in Florida.
As the Director of Operations for Target Translations & Interpretations, Ms. Pulido has managed interpreters and translators in a myriad of languages for wire-tap transcription and translations, jury trials, depositions, jail interviews and other instances in the legal field. As a team leader, Ms. Pulido has been responsible for the management of simultaneous interpretation teams participating in international conferences in the United States of America.

Marla Núñez was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and graduated with a degree in Sociology from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. She has extensive experience in managing and directing high-impact social projects, with deep sensitivity to people's needs. For many years, she assisted in providing comprehensive support and guidance to vulnerable children and young people with special medical needs in Colombia. In recognition of her service, she was nominated to the Premio Cafam a la Mujer (Family Compensation Fund Women's Prize), and honored as Mujer Cafam Bogotá in 2017. This recognition is awarded to women in Colombia who have made significant contributions to the country's social development by supporting their communities in fields of science, culture, education, business, health, or sports, among others.

She has witnessed how overcoming these barriers is key to strengthening social cohesion, improving access to vital services, and empowering individuals. This experience has made Erika a passionate advocate for comprehensive language access, believing it to be a crucial tool for creating stronger, more inclusive communities.

Maria Forero is a dual Colombian-Canadian citizen, born in Bogotá, Colombia. She is a medical physician and certified pediatrician from the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada. She holds a Master in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master in Project Management.
Maria began her career in Colombia, working in the ER and ICU, where she connected deeply with patients and developed a strong sense of empathy. She also volunteered as a clown, bringing comfort to sick children in underserved communities. After migrating to Canada, Maria started over by working in the call center of a technology startup. Through hard work and leadership, she helped grow the company into a successful SaaS business, ultimately becoming its Vice President.
Currently, Maria supports Target Translations as a translator and proofreader, ensuring every translation accurately conveys the original message. Passionate about literature and theater, Maria values teamwork and embraces leadership roles when needed.
