CEO & FOUNDER

A federally certified Women-owned Small Business, and a Florida Minority Business Enterprise. Ms. Pulido is a passionate advocate for language access in the healthcare and legal systems in the United States of America.

Ms. Pulido was born in Bogotá, Colombia has she attended the Universidad Nacional de Colombia where she studied Physical Therapy. She also holds a Biology degree from UCF. Ms. Pulido is certified by the National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters as well as the Board of Court Interpreter Certification in Florida.

As the Director of Operations for Target Translations & Interpretations, Ms. Pulido has managed interpreters and translators in a myriad of languages for wire-tap transcription and translations, jury trials, depositions, jail interviews and other instances in the legal field. As a team leader, Ms. Pulido has been responsible for the management of simultaneous interpretation teams participating in international conferences in the United States of America.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AND DIRECTOR OF THE TRANSLATION DEPARTMENT

Ms. Núñez leads the Translation Department, managing every stage of this type of service—from initial client requests and swift quotes to certified translator selection across a wide range of languages, quality assurance, and final delivery. Beyond operations, her role combines operational excellence with a human touch: she cultivates direct, empathetic communication with clients and fosters a collaborative environment where our translators feel valued and empowered. Drawing on her sociological expertise, she also provides strategic counsel on business growth and customer care aligned with TTI's core values, and drives the development of foundational documents that guide the company's direction.

A graduate in Sociology from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Ms. Núñez brings deep cross-cultural insight that enables effective communication across linguistic and geographic boundaries, shaped by years managing high-impact social projects with vulnerable populations. In acknowledgment of this work, in 2017, she was honored as Mujer Cafam Bogotá (Family Compensation Fund Women's Prize), a recognition reflecting her commitment to social development.

Her expertise in assertive communication and conflict resolution directly shapes our quality standards and client approach, ensuring our language services actively contribute to mutual understanding and equitable access to information. Ms. Núñez embodies our company's ultimate purpose: creating a world where language is never a barrier, but rather an opportunity for human connection and dignity.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AND DIRECTOR OF THE INTERPRETATION DEPARTMENT

Erika Linares is a core team member at Target Translations & Interpretations, where she leads the interpretation services workflow and acts as the main liaison between clients and our interpreting professionals. In her role, she manages requests from quotation to execution—including service evaluation, scheduling, and invoicing—ensuring the highest standards of clarity, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.

She plays a central role in the company’s mission of advancing language access in the legal, medical, immigration, and community service sectors. Erika draws on her background as a nurse and health-auditing specialist, together with her experience working with underserved and migrant populations, to bring empathy and precision to every assignment.

Her commitment to balancing operational excellence with cultural competence aligns with Target Translations’ values of service integrity, client care, and inclusive communication.
